II. Circular No. 32/2025/TT-BTC guiding Decree No. 123/2020 on invoices and documents, and Decree No. 70/2025 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 123/2020: Six key updates in Circular No. 32/2025/TT-BTC replacing Circular No. 78, effective from June 1, 2025.
