Effective from July 1, 2025, Vietnam will officially implement adjustments to administrative boundaries and adopt a two-tier local government model in accordance with Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15.
This change requires organizations to update various information systems, particularly how addresses are recorded on electronic invoices (e-invoices), to ensure compliance with current legal regulations and accurate reflection of the new administrative structure.
